NEWPORT NEWS, VA — The Atlantic 10 Conference announced today the home and away matchups for the 2023-24 men’s basketball season.

As they did last year, each Atlantic 10 men’s basketball team will play an 18-game conference schedule, with each team playing every other league team at least once, and four of their league opponents twice.

Saint Louis University will play the following teams twice (once at home and once on the road): Dayton, Loyola-Chicago, Saint Joseph’s, and VCU.

SLU also learned on Tuesday, that along with those four games, its other home opponents at Chaifetz Arena this season will be Davidson, Fordham, George Washington, Massachusetts, and Richmond.

The complete A-10 season schedule with dates, tipoff times, and national television information will be announced at a later date.

Once the A-10 regular season is completed, the teams will meet in the league tournament, also known as the Atlantic 10 Men’s Basketball Championship, with the winner earning an automatic bid into the NCAA National Championship Tournament.

The A-10 men’s championship tournament will be played in March at the Barclay’s Center in Brooklyn, N.Y.
