ST. LOUIS, MO — The St. Louis Battlehawks scored five touchdowns and posted their single most points in a game this season, while earning their fifth straight win by defeating the San Antonio Brahmas, 39-13, in a United Football League game, Friday night at The Dome at America’s Center.
St. Louis got touchdowns from five different players and led from start to finish in its final home game of the 2025 UFL regular season. The Battlehawks will play their final road game next Friday against the DC Defenders, before coming back home to host the XFL Conference championship game against DC on June 8.
The winner of that contest will then advance to the UFL Championship Game, which will also be played at The Dome at America’s Center on June 15.

A boisterous crowd of 27,890 fans watched as St. Louis dominated San Antonio on Friday. The Battlehawks put up more than 400 yards of total offense, including 169 rushing yards, led by Kevon Latulas, who had 66 yards and a touchdown and Jarveon Howard, who had 60 yards and a touchdown of his own.
St. Louis also played two quarterbacks, who both had fine games. The starter, Max Duggan, completed 12-of-17 passes for 133 yards and a score. He then gave way at halftime to backup Brandon Silvers, who went seven-for-10 for 100 yards and a touchdown of his own.
The key play in the game though, may have come midway through the second quarter, when Battlehawks DB Micah Abraham forced a fumble, recovered it, then ran it the other way for a 70-yard touchdown that put St. Louis up 15-0.
San Antonio got on the board late in the half, with a touchdown and one-point conversion to make the score 15-7. But the Battlehawks answered right back, when Duggan hit receiver Frank Darby for a touchdown that put St. Louis up 21-7.

The Brahmas pulled to within 21-13 early in the third quarter, but St. Louis responded with a nine-play, 50-yard drive that ended with a 23-yard field goal by Rodrigo Blankenship that made the score 24-13 heading into the fourth quarter.
St. Louis put the game away in the fourth quarter.
First, Silvers hit Hakeem Butler on a brilliant double-move, slant-and-go route for a 22-yard touchdown on the first play of the fourth quarter. Then, after the Battlehawks shut down the Brahmas’ next two drives, Latulas broke free for a 23-yard touchdown run. Latulas added a one-point conversion run as well to ice the game away.

The XFL Conference Championship Game on June 8 against DC will kickoff at 5 p.m., and will also be televised on FOX.
