The University of Missouri men’s basketball team moved up two spots to No. 20 in the new Associated Press Top 25 poll, which was released on Monday.
The Tigers, who are one of 10 teams from the Southeastern Conference to be ranked in the poll, also moved up three spots in the USA Today Coaches Poll to No. 21.
Missouri is coming off a 1-1 week, which saw the team suffer a disappointing, tight loss at Texas on Tuesday, but also enjoy a fun and exciting win over then-No. 16 Ole Miss on Saturday.
Mizzou is now 16-4 on the season and tied for third place in the SEC standings with a 5-2 conference mark.
The Tigers will enjoy several days off this week, before returning to action with a road game on Saturday against No. 14 Mississippi State.
Tip off is set for 12 p.m. and the game will be televised live on the SEC Network.
