The University of Missouri-St. Louis women’s volleyball team announced on Monday, new dates for two matches against Truman State that were postponed earlier in the season.
The Tritons were supposed to host the Lady Bulldogs at the Mark Twain Building on February 13, but that match was cancelled due to covid issues. The two teams were also supposed to play this past Saturday at Truman, but again the contest had to postponed due to covid.
But on Monday, UMSL and Truman agreed to reschedule those matches for this Wednesday, March 31, and next Wednesday, April 7. The match on March 31 will be played in Kirksville, while the match on April 7 will be played at UMSL.
The Tritons are currently on quite a roll, having won four straight and seven of their last eight. In the most recent AVCA national poll, UMSL, which has a 10-2 record on the season, was ranked No. 8 in the country.
