The Southeastern Conference released its full men’s basketball league slate on Wednesday, completing the University of Missouri’s schedule for the 2025-26 season.
Missouri’s 18-game SEC schedule features 16 games against teams that played in the 2025 NCAA Tournament, including all nine conference games Mizzou will host at Mizzou Arena this season.
The SEC schedule plan remains the same as last season. The Tigers will play home-and-home against three teams (Arkansas, Mississippi State, and Oklahoma), along with six home-only games and six road-only games.
The Tigers are set to be challenged right from the start, hosting defending national champion Florida on Saturday, January 3. The Tigers handed the Gators’ their only home loss of the season last year, earning their first win over the eventual national champion since 1983.
Mizzou will also host Auburn (January 13 or 14), Georgia (January 20 or 21), Oklahoma (January 24), Mississippi State (January 31), Texas (February 14), Vanderbilt (February 17 or 18), Tennessee (February 24), and Arkansas (March 7).
Missouri’s road slate includes matchups at Kentucky (January 6 or 7), Ole Miss (January 10), LSU (January 17), Alabama (January 27 or 28), South Carolina (February 7), Texas A&M (February 10 or 11), Arkansas (February 21), Mississippi State (February 28), and Oklahoma (March 3 or 4).
Finalized dates, tip times and television designations will be released at a later date.
Overall, Mizzou’s 31-game regular season schedule will include 18 home games — 10 of those games will be against teams that played in the NCAA Tournament last year.
The season will begin on November 3, when the Tigers travel to Washington, D.C., to play Howard University.
Mizzou’s home opener will be later that week, on November 7, at Mizzou Arena, against Southeast Missouri State.
