University of Missouri-St. Louis redshirt-senior outside hitter Delaney Humm and sophomore setter Caitlin Bishop were selected as the Great Lakes Valley Conference Offensive Player of the Week and Setter of the Week for volleyball announced by the league office this week.

The Tritons are in Indiana this week to play in the Midwest Region Crossover. UMSL will play in three matches this weekend, beginning with contests against Tiffin University and the University of Davenport on Friday.

OFFENSIVE PLAYER OF THE WEEK
Delaney Humm, #4-ranked UMSL Tritons

Team Results: 3-1 W at Indianapolis (10/6) | 3-2 W at #16 Lewis (10/7)

• Led the Triton offensive attack in two Conference road wins
• Registered 44 total kills (4.89/set) and 44.5 points (4.94/set) in nine sets
• Recorded .474 hitting percentage
• Added three digs and one block
• Highlighted by her performance against No. 16 Lewis, hitting .548 with career-high 26 kills on 42 attempts
  • Had 13 kills on 14 swings with zero errors in first two sets
• Earns first career Offensive Player of the Week Award

SETTER OF THE WEEK

• Directed offense that averaged 14.33 kills per set and hit .302 in pair of Conference road wins

• Added 20 digs, three kills, two aces, and two total blocks
• Highlighted by outing against UIndy, contributing season-high 60 assists, 11 digs, and two aces
• Earns third career Setter of the Week Award (10/9/23, 9/25/23, 9/18/23)
